Help Us Build a Church Building in Sierra Leone

On Sunday, July 29, 2018, we announced our commitment to help raise funds in partnership with Bridge of Hope to  build a permanent church building in the village of Rohpolon where Pastor Pious pastors a local church.  The  Rohpolon Village Church is one of two church plants that does not have a permanent building for their church family.

  • Steve Grieme and Tom Lathrop visited Sierra Leone and provided some training for Pastor Pious and the other pastors of the six church plants.

  • $3,000 has already been received to help with this project and helping begin work on the foundation.

Thanks for donating to this mission. All the funds have been collected to build the new church.

Pastor Pious sold his own motorcycle (his only mode of transportation) to help the congregation buy land. One of our members purchased Pastor Pious another motorcycle after hearing of this.
