This special weekend is designed for our entire church family. Whether you are single, married, raising kids, or grandparents this is for you.

We’re excited to welcome former CCFW Pastor Steve Grieme as our guest speaker. Steve will be teaching a series called “The Table,” tracing this theme throughout Scripture and showing God’s desire to dwell with His people. From the table prepared in the wilderness to the Lord’s Table and the table to come, we’ll see how God meets His people with provision, presence, and promise. This teaching will help us slow down, draw near, and remember that our God is not distant, but invites us to come and be with Him.

This year, we’ll gather at Lake Retreat in Ravensdale for a focused two-day camp filled with worship, biblical teaching, and meaningful time together.

Why Lake Retreat?

This year’s camp is at Lake Retreat in Ravensdale, and one of the biggest benefits is how close it is. Located about 35 miles from Seattle and roughly 25 minutes from cities like Renton, Auburn, and Issaquah, it makes getting to camp much easier for families and individuals. That means:

  • Less travel time

  • Easier for families with young kids

  • More flexibility for Saturday-only guests

Lake Retreat offers a peaceful, wooded setting right by the water, designed specifically for church groups. The campus includes lodges, cabins, large meeting spaces, and outdoor areas for games and connection, creating a setting that feels like camp without being far away.

Kids and students will be part of the full church experience while also enjoying age-appropriate connection, activities, and time together. The weekend will include games, campfires, group activities, and space to slow down and enjoy being together as a church family.

This is a chance to step away from the normal pace of life and invest in your walk with Christ alongside others from our church.

    What is the theme?

"The table is an image we see throughout Scripture that reveals God’s desire to enjoy the company of His people. We will explore this image from Genesis to Revelation. We will see a table prepared in the wilderness (Psalm 23) where God demonstrates His provision in every season, we’ll get a glimpse of the table with the Father (Exodus 24) where see our need for the presence of God, we’ll run to the New Testament and look at the communion table where the Son’s sacrifice promises a coming table, and then we’ll arrive at that table to come (Revelation 19). We’ll be reminded of our God who does not stand distant but delights to come close with His people. At every stage of Scripture, the table is a place of provision, presence, and promise."
