Additional Ministries at Christ’s Church

  • Loving people and living out the New Testament "One Anothers"—visiting, encouraging, praying, and meeting practical needs in the name of Christ.

Weekly worship services, Bible studies, visitation, and prayer. Men, women, children, retirees, families—all are welcome to come and be a part of what God is doing in the lives of His precious elderly.

  • Our Hospitality and Event Outreach Ministry has 2 regular ways to serve:

    1. COFFEE EVERY SUNDAY! Yes, you heard that right! We are installing a new and improved coffee system, which will be so easy to use that you’ll want to serve in this NEW ministry! It will be easy & fun!

    2. EVENT OUTREACH! It is exciting that outreach and ministry opportunities are increasing within our community. We are seeing events planned already for the fall of this year. We need YOUR help serving our community and reaching out with the GOSPEL.

  • Senior adults are extremely active and involved members of Christ's Church. Whether you’re a retiree or soon will be, a grandparent or someone with adult children, married or single, you’ll find a vibrant community here.

We have multiple opportunities for discipleship, volunteering and support, recreation, and social events with other active senior adults who like to spend time in fellowship and service.

Join us on Sunday Mornings during 2nd Service in the Music Room in the Worship Center.

  • Greeters help the Pastor fulfill the vision God has given him by making those who come through the church doors feel at home. Our responsibility is to help all who come to worship feel joy, sincerity, importance, peace, and comfort when they enter the church's doors.

    Info Center Volunteers
are our first connection with visitors. They connect with those who might have questions about events, activities, or ministries at Christ's Church. They are an extension of our greeters in that their responsibility is to help all who come to worship feel comfortable when they enter the doors of the church, possibly for the first time.

    Contact Connie Hoover to volunteer.

Ushers are dedicated to helping usher God's people into the service and maintaining an atmosphere of reverence and order before, during, and after the service with a "ready to-serve" attitude.

    Contact Sean Toler to volunteer.

Security Team stands watch during services and other critical times to maintain the safest possible environment. Incidents are confronted and addressed effectively, minimizing disruption and harm to persons or property. Security team members are also expected to respond when needed in an emergency medical situation.

The Communion Prep Team is dedicated to helping prepare the communion elements for our weekly Sunday services and clean up after the 2nd service.
